Branding Leisure, Luxury, and Coastal Serenity

Client : Three Oceans Resort & Spa

Three Oceans Resort & Spa is a new venture by Nestor’s Inn, located in the serene coastal destination of Kanyakumari, India. The team needed us translate the essence of Three Oceans into a visually cohesive identity that celebrated its unique coastal experience; this also included resort’s diverse offerings—from wellness to dining to experiences— all of which needed identities that felt unified yet independent.

Our design process began with deep immersion into the cultural roots and the personal narrative behind the recipes. Inspired by the intricate architecture of Jaipur and Delhi, and the symbolism of stamps that represented travel and exploration, we developed a visual language that reflected both tradition and worldly experience.

Inspired by the Coast

Each name and identity drew from coastal elements like salt formations, ocean tides, waves, and lagoons, creating an authentic connection to the environment.

A Signature Pattern

A custom pattern was designed to encapsulate the 3 Oceans experience—whether basking under the soft sun, indulging in coastal delicacies, or soaking in serene views. This pattern became a key brand asset, extending across souvenirs and merchandise.

Minimal Yet Expressive Design

Social media assets were created to promote a lifestyle rather than just a destination. The strong color palette and free-flowing graphics gave breathing room for photography, allowing visuals to capture the resort’s essence.

Spatial & Print Touchpoints

Designed everything from room signage and welcome booklets to in-room stationery and wayfinding. Each asset extended the brand story while offering clarity, cohesion, and ease of use.

Digital Consistency

Provided design guidelines for the website, booking flows, and future extensions — ensuring the identity remains adaptable across touchpoints.

3 Oceans wasn’t just about aesthetics — it was about creating a feeling. This project sharpened my skills in translating values into visuals, designing for both emotion and clarity, and working across multiple mediums without losing consistency. It’s a reminder that brand design isn’t just what you see — it’s what you feel.
